The Pace Computer Learning Center has been an Adobe Authorized Training Center since 2006 and continues to grow and expand their Adobe technology offerings. As an Adobe Authorized Training Center, PCLC has to meet high Adobe standards for their training facilities and may only use Adobe Certified Instructors to teach Adobe classes. Gary Butler, CEO of ADP, to be Honored at Annual Fund-raiser
Gary C. Butler, president and CEO of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), will be honored for his outstanding leadership and numerous contributions to the field of information technology at the upcoming Leadership and Service in Technology (LST) Award Reception sponsored by the Seidenberg School. The reception, an annual event, is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, and will once again be held at the midtown headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Student Team Participates in Cyber Defense Marathon
For approximately 20 hours over a period of three days, a team of eight Seidenberg students participated in the 2011 Northeast Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition organized by Northeastern University and hosted by EMC. Online Student Places 2nd Nationally in IBM Mainframe Competition
For the second consecutive year, Jay Thomas, an online student in Seidenberg’s NACTEL program for telecommunications workers, competed in IBM’s Master the Mainframe Contest. This year he completed the “extremely difficult and time-consuming” Part 3 and placed 2nd in a field of over 3,500 competitors.
